What is an Active Project?An active project is a ConceptShare workspace that contains files, people and comments for a particular design or visual project. You can archive as many projects as you wish by disabling the workspace which takes it offline. Offline workspace do not count towards your workspace total but do count as file storage. How is your customer service?Call our office during business hours EST and you're going to speak directly with one of us. We respond ASAP and solve support requests usually within the same day. We've made hundreds of improvements to the product and added several major features because our customers said we should. How will I be billed?
Your credit card will be billed monthly. There are no contracts or hidden fees; you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at anytime. How do I upgrade, downgrade or cancel? From the My Workspaces dashboard, click the "Account Settings" tab. Choose your desired account level and click "Upgrade" or "Downgrade". Is my work protected?
